I had a bad dream that I was smoking. I dream that I had it so bad with life that I decided to smoke just to make the pain go away. In the dream, I was slowing losing my breath and I was starting to throw my life away not caring what others think. I feel truely alone and that no matter what I do to heal myself. The past always beats me to the point that I will pick up a cigarette and smoke my life away.

My parents have been smoking for years ever since they were teens. My mom was trying to stop smoking on her own for months now but she's having a tough time. Dad didn't start trying to stop until he had his heart attack, which was scary. Now their both trying to quit, dad's trying this chantix stuff and it's working very well, mom I'm not sure about but I know she's trying. Anyway, I know life is hard now but cheer up, you have friends around you that will help you and will always love you. Wanna know something, I look up to you as if you were my big sister and I love my family, real or over the internet, and I'd do pretty much anything to cheer them up.
